Hi Ladies,

I have a really random question.  if I'm not mistaken I've read
somewhere on this thread that one of the ballrooms has windows.

Did I read this correctly and if so which one has the windows?

 

Thanks for all the posts I've been reading this non stop since Monday.
 My FI thinks I don't do anything else but read this thread.  We
jokingly call it "the wedding bible".  I can't thank you all for your
comments and posts.

 

I've learned so much and I'm not getting married at Moon Palace until
August 2012!

Can you send me his website?  Are you getting him a room or just paying the day fee?  He charged your $1000 right?  What does that include? I might use him too.

Yes, you are right! There is a ballroom with windows...and I can't recall the name of the ballroom..but I have seen it perhaps in the moon palace pictures thread ??? i'm going to see if I find it.... it's not as popular as other ballrooms, but I did see one bride from here use it

My WC , Lily, is asking me what restaurant I'd like to have the reception.  Does anyone have any recommendations?  We have about 25-30 people.  We are getting married in August.  I'd like to be outside, but is there more of a fee for that?

It's Aqua Ballroom!!!! here are the pics I found for it...from leigh17's wedding :) She has her review under the Moon Palace review section...and you can see the windows a little in these pics :)

The Brazilian Restaurant is great.  There is an outdoor patio area you can reserve at well.  However, the mosquitoes were so bad when we were there we had to eat inside but it was still great.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
