My mother-in-law who was also my TA checked with ton of people trying to get her Vacation dollars moved to us to use since she knew she wouldn't be using it and they would not allow it.  No budging on that one at all.  Room money only goes for the people in that room.

Based on my group's experience, the Vacation Dollars can only be used for the people in the room.  You can't transfer them among different rooms.  But one person in the room can use all of the Vacation Dollars for their room.

Hi Catherine.  We will be there at the same time.  I'm getting married on May 13th.  I hope you get all  your problems sorted with your reservations contact.

Sorry, I don't think they will allow it.  The person getting the services (i.e. playing golf) has to be the one that has the vacation dollars.  You can't pay for others services with your vacation dollars (unless you're sharing a room).

That would be sure helpful we we could do that - we have lots of older people going and they won't use all of theirs up and want to spend their vacation dollars on the younger people.

We're getting married at dolphin beach at 5pm followed by a cocktail hour and reception at Grand Terrace.  Kalena is our wc and has been awesome!  So sorry to hear you are having problems with reservations.  My experience with the Miami office was not good either.  Good luck!

Congratulations on booking, GeorgiaPeach!

 

We just got married 2/13/11 at MP and we booked Sascha Gluck for our wedding and a TTD session afterwards.  He was AMAZING and his pricing was VERY reasonable.  We did a 7-hour package (5 hours the day of and a 2-hour TTD session the next day) and it came in right around $2,000.  He also offers smaller packages for less.  I would definitely check him out!  cancunphotos.net

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
