Hi Everyone!

I wanted to let you all know of a very RELIABLE and INCREDIBLE vendor I am going with to help my wedding guests get to my Moon Palace wedding!! She has been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING in the two short days I have worked with her. She is super prompt with her emails and phone calls and have given the best deals I have been able to find!!

She was willing to match my VIP Member price for my guests (but had her own very cheap prices - the difference was literally only $74), qualify them for the Vacation Dollars promotion (booking up until December 31st, not Nov 30th like Palace requires), but ALSO allow any children guests under 12 years old to come for free!!! No additional fees, no contracts!! She has also voiced her ability to coordinate with my Moon Palace wedding coordinator so that my rooms are sure to count towards my group incentives!

I feel so blessed to have found this place and I wanted to spread the good news around to all of our wonderful Palace Brides!! She is able to help with reservations from all over the country- even if you do not live in New Jersey!!

Her contact information is below, you are welcome to let her know Cynthia Guzman sent you!

I think the venado terrace and garden are near the toucan terrace, close to Capillary Beach. That's where I am booked because I also wanted the toucan terrace and garden but they were already booked, and I told my WC that I was concerned about whether or not it was close to our beach ceremony. She assured me that it was. I'm thinking itight be where the deer pic is on the map, but their map is confusing so I'm not positive. Happy planning!!

Thanks.  That map is sooooo confusing!  I am getting married at dolphin beach.  They assigned me the terrace near the chapel.  I can't remember the name of it.  It starts with a B.  I really don't want that one.  It in the center of three buildings, not remotely private.  I'm really hoping to either get the Venado Terrace of the Caribbean Terrace, but I don't know if they are close enough to the ceremony or if they are available.  It's been like pulling teeth just getting a list of places that are still available for that night to choose from.

AHR= At home reception.  I'm debating whether I want to bring them down to Cancun as well (it comes folded)...but I don't want to leave them down there!

Ladies- sorry for all the consecutive posts- I haven't been on the site in awhile!

I had a random question- I'm in the process of looking for ceremony shoes- if it says that the heel height is 4" and the platform is 1"...does that mean the total height is 4" or do you add the two numbers together? My dress has been hemmed to a 4.5" heel and I'm thoroughly confused as to which shoes would match that height!

Thanks!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
