Thanks everyone for the advice and feedback I've got a few other DIY ideas that I'll try to get done and post in the next few weeks.

For the table info that goes around the umbrella, I use a design program called InDesign that allows me to type along a path. Other alternatives could be to write the guest name/table info using calligraphy. Or perhaps try experimenting in Powerpoint since there is an option to rotate text boxes.
