Wow, I'll second that! I love that dress!!! Are you going to make us wait until after the wedding for pictures of you in the dress?

Thank you, but as you can see I don't like sequincy, sparkly kind of things, this is where I am torn about the shoe's. I love the idea of the blue, but the rhinestones are throwing me. I had the crinalin(sp) taken out of my dress, and made into a slip, so after our ceremony I can take it off and be cooler, and it will be easier to dance. I tried it on without the crinalin(sp) yesterday, and it is so pretty, it looks like a whole different dress, so I have the best of both worlds, a fairy princess, and then a little more elegant. I have to say it looks really pretty on me, I feel really thin, always a bonus!

Do you guys think I should wear a veil to the middle of my back, or to the ground. I have both, I bought one, and then my girlfriend brought hers over to see if I wanted it to be my something borrowed, they are both so pretty. Decision's, decision's shots.gif

Love it! You are going to be so beautiful Kelly!!!! smile159.gif

Since it's not short I'd say you could go with either style. Personally I would do the cream/ivory shoes just cause the blue would totally throw me off but if you just love the blue ones I think they'd be fine.

That probably wasn't much help huh cheesy.gif

P.S. Post pics of you in the dress w/both veils!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YEAH! bunny_4.gif

That's a good suggestion Jen.

I personally think blue shoes is a cute idea for something blue. And to pair blue with your dress wouldn't be too awkward looking (like if your dress were a different color with a ton of beading I think that would look odd.)

And by the way, I think your dress is gorgeous. I'm not sure if I ever saw that in a different post, but I love it! Nice pick.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
