What are you doing to prepare your self?

Thanks! Unfortunatly, I am a nervous biter -- not really bad, but they are never really the same length. I am making it my goal to not touch them to see how long I can get them and how strong. I've heard fake nails really ruin your nails, and it's not worth it for me if I dont' have to, because I'm just doing it for 2 weeks.

 

Teeth whitening -- thanks for the info!! I've heard really good things about those crest strips so I think we'll try those first and save some money if we can! It was going to be about 400 for both of us! Eek! So I will try those first

 

eyebrows -- ahhh yes. I will also leave those alone too. lol I feel like they'll grow crazy and I'll look funny, but it will be worth it!

@Sungoddes_08 = I definitely agree the Crest white strips do work and I plan to do the same thing with my eyebrows. Just leave them and they will grow in long before June and then you can have then shaped like you want. I was a fellow nail biter for many years so I understand about your nails. I am trying to figure out what I am going to do about that also. I don't want to wear fake nails but I also want them to look lovely and they are not at all strong.

i put this sally hensen (sp) strenghthening stuff on mine after i got rid of my fake nails and it helped...i think on the bottle it actually said it was for weak nails due to acrylics...its blue polish

hey ladies soo can I just say microdermabrasion is amazing!!!!! best thing I've ever done for my skin. It's kinda pricey though $125 per month but my skin looks perfect when its finished (after the pealing of course) I've done three treatments, and I'm gonna get another one probably in late april early may before the wedding in june.

 

I also use epiduo which works wonders... no break outs!

Isn't it funny how we all start taking care of ourselves when we are about to get married?!  We better make plans with our hubbies to get 'married again' every year, so we remind ourselves that we are important!
