Ok, so I need some help.

I have short hair, bob/slightly longer than chin length, and don't really know what to do with it for the wedding day or the BD shoot. I don't think I'm going to have a veil, but rather a hairpiece or decoration of some-sort, but that is to be decided once I have the dress fully fitted and can make a decision.

Here is the dress: http://www.morilee.com/verLarge.php?.../img0large.jpg

Also, anyone with short hair do a BD shoot? I'm trying to get ideas, but most girls seem to have this long, flowing beautiful hair, and I don't.

Any ideas on this will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks ladies!!

I have done some reading about bridal hair styles. I think for your bd pics it might look good down. However, you may want it up with a flower or hair decoration for your wedding day. Believe it or not, shorter hair is easier to do a french twist and most bridal updos. I hope that helps. I am really bad at doing my hair unless it's for everyday wear, so I looked at how to videos on you tube and the knot. I hope that helps.

Not sure how you feel about this but my sister always said she'd do a birdcage veil (google it if you want to see pics) and she has shorter hair. It's very hollywood and chic! Not sure what your style is though. Or you could always get a diamond or rhinestone hair clip. Since the dress doesn't have a bunch of glitter I think a clip would bling it out perfect! The dress is gorgeous though and I think the birdcage would look super cute with it. Like something on a fashion runway :)

Thanks again, and I'll post pictures of some options when I get out to try some on...maybe by then I'll have my finished dress to go with it! YAY!!! *crosses fingers*

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
