    Awww, thanks, Ana!! I'm hoping this will boost-start my weight loss since the daily exercising isn't helping!

      Thanks for the link!! I love to run but I just have not done it lately. I am running a 5K on St Patty's day prior to going to the Parade gotta burn the calories I will be putting on that day!! My goal is to eventually run a half marathon I heard this program is really good for when you exceed the 5K plan The Runner's World.com Ultimate Half Marathon Training Plan

        I have dont this program before and plan on doing it again now and more very sriously once we hit daylight savings, ( I like running outside more).

            I think i might want to try this! If I could actually run a 5k that would be a huge accomplishment for me!

                  We have decided to join our friends for St Paddy's Day (5K walk/jog/run) and this is our first time doing this.

                  St. Paddy's Day Dash Down Greenville

                  This program will probably come in handy.

                      I've had a couple of friends to do it, and they said it works great!

                      I think I am going to try it after I finish the Hundred Pushups and Two Hundred Squats programs. I feel that trying all 3 might be too much at once!
