Hey gorgeous! I totally understand you wanting to do the surgery. I know a few people who have done it and have seen some amazing results.

 

I've been researching a ton of diet options, and one of them that I can't really seem to find ANY negative press about is Medifast. I'm going to order 6 weeks worth in two weeks when I get paid again. Hopefully the diet, combined with consistent exercise, will help me lose these last 20 pounds in the 4 and a half months before my wedding. Wish me luck! after being sick for the past 4 days, I finally feel better and have appetite today. ate such a big breakfast....don't know where i'm going to find room for lunch but so glad to be back in the "land of the living".

Wedding 10-11..but really want to try on dreses... I refuse at this weight... really want to lose 40 lbs by December. I'm thinking about weight watchers online...still on the fence about it though..

I completely fell off the wagon for the last week and a half....please help motivate me....I have been very stressed with all things....and therefore eating eating eating...I even had the forrbidden fat buger (McDonald's).

So I went to my WW meeting and I only gained 1lb...whew!!!!!  Ok, I'm going to jump back on the wagon this week...wish me luck.

WW is awesome and the meetings offer great support....I don't think I would have been able to loose without them.. I have lost 26lbs so far.

There's another national weight loss group (similiar to WW). It's called TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly). Check them out, it's another option and it's cheaper than WW.

Tenny thats great!! 26 pounds I wish I was at that mark Im only at the 15 pound mark! I know we are both getting married in april, have you bought your dress yet?

Oh my the 15lb mark is definetly a great one!!! I don't know about you but this is the fist time I have been successful at weight loss.  Yes I just got my dress last week. I am very excited.  What about you did you get yours yet.
