I think you will be fine.  MODERATION!!  You can enjoy all the good things just don't go overboard....until after the wedding LOL.  Also stay active those first few days if you can.  Walk, run, gym, yoga, cycle, swim, etc.  I doubt you will have any issue.

Have a great time!!

No more eating out!!

I did not eat great this weekend..and I leave in 3 days..but I made up for it by working out like crazy and didn't gain any weight..I think the stress of it all helps : ) I don't think I  could gain right now if I tried  : ) Leaving on the 15th : ) I'll post pics of my body in the dress when I get back

Ladies don't give up .... even if the wedding is fast approaching.. a little motivation and the numbers on the scale should be enough to motivate you to lose the weight for the BIG day !!! I have been a little " off" ... in my diet in the last few weeks... however I did reach the 40 pounds lost today !! Yeah!!! I should be able to go back and exercise today or tomorrow if my back lets me ! I would love to lose another 20 ... however small goals are the best... so another 5 lbs is what i'm reaching for ! Good luck to all!

Thanks I have started bodypump (a weight circuit training workout - I LOVE it) at my gym at 6:00 a.m. and then a late night work out with my fiance.  That on top of eating right should be good.  I hope.  I am a firm believer in the working out part I just don't think you can get the same results without it.

Need to tone up this tushy for 9 days in a bikini LOL.  One day at a time.

Most of the resorts have gyms.  We are going to be on the island 3 days before our wedding too.  I have decided I am going to work out the days leading up to the wedding and eat lots of fruit.  We may get our drink on a little but are really trying to save it until the wedding and after so there is NO BLOATING!!! :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
