I haven't read all the posts on this thread yet, but I thought I would mention that I have already lost 12 pounds doing Hot Yoga (Bikram), and I am addicted.  It is really helping me tone, burn fat, and it helps me with my anxiety also!  Core Power yoga is where I go, and I my wonderful and handy FI is building me a yoga studio at our house!  Yay!  I use yogadownload.com for videos, and I have never felt better!

Hey Mwise,

I am hoping you are feeling well after what sounds like a fun weekend.  How's the stomach?  I did not do that great this weekend.  I was crazy busy with my son's baseball game birthday parties, and on the run doing errands.  I did not work out at all.  I was too exhausted to get up this morning (Monday) to work out.  Tomorrow another day.

Yes, it is, but I am feeling really good and have so much more energy!!  I am going to continue the cleanse for another week and a half or so, and then re-introduce some of the foods....it will slow down the weight loss, but there are some things that aren't allowed in the cleanse that I couldn't live without!  :)

Thank you for the birthday wishes, now I need to be wished luck for Saturday, I am heading out for birthday dinner and drinks....I have a feeling my stomach is not going to be feeling good Sunday either!

12Lbs!!  How long did it take for you to lose the 12lbs by doing the Hot Yoga?

Have you been able to get to the gym yet this week?  I have another road block....my bridesmaid from Germany (I am in Toronto) is here for a month to do some wedding planning/visit and I think de-rail my weight loss efforts! ;)

I have been good so far (although its only week 1 of 4)...and she JUST talked me into a 4 day trip to VEGAS in a week and 1/2.   Never been, excited, but I have a feeling the cleanse will go out the window!!!!

Hope you have hopped back on the plan and are feeling awesome!!!

Yes, I would be interested to know how long that took as well....and if that was the only thing that you have been doing to try to lose some weight. 

I tried it once, I need to go back....I need to work on easing some anxiety!!!!!

Hi Ladies!  I am getting married in Spring 2012, and am looking to lose 20 lbs before then, maybe more!  I recently just lost 15 lbs on the 17 Day Diet.  I have NEVER been a fan of diets, but the weight was literally falling off!!  After the first 17 days were completed, I started eating my normal foods, but incorporated everything I learned while on the diet, and I'm still losing weight!  If anyone has any questions, I'd love to help!  Good luck everyone!

I did it ; ) I hit my goal weight just in time for my 2nd dress fitting. I'm down 20 pounds since January! I'm still planning to keep working out and toning up but I'm happy with my body for the 1st time since I had my son 9 years ago : ) If I can do it all of you can : )

I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners.
