7 months to go and I still HATE working out and still LOVE food....bad combination LOL I have 15 pounds (10 minimum) to lose by October. I have Jillian DVD's, yoga DVD's, have tried the gym and hate that too LOL i admit I am lazy. I work long days and get home and want to relax. I have tried everything to motivate myself and I suck at it hahahaha I have been eating better but i am not counting calories just more aware of portion sizes and what i am putting in my mouth

I need to find my solution....hoping the nicer weather and taking walks will be a good start!

Have you tried working out in the am?  I know it's difficult to get up early, but you'll enjoy your day more if you're not dreading going home and having to work out. Since you'll have just woken up, you won't have much time to psych yourself out of it.  Just an idea, good luck!

Just got the call that my dress came in..nothing like a little extra motavation... Crappy thing is I've gained 2 lbs..but I'm blaming it on "that time of the month". But I'm still feeling good and back into a size 8...Would love to lose another 7 lbs and I only have 80 days..

I'm totally getting frustrated!  I'm not losing the weight that I need to, I've been working out like crazy and eating well.   I only have 4 weeks left and need to lose 5-10lbs I know it doesn't seem like much but if I'm going to be in my swimsuit for 2 weeks I need to be looking slim otherwise I know ...I won't be having a good time.  I need to figure something out!

Please be careful. i know it can be frustrating, but losing that much weight in only 4 weeks is not healthy. If you are working out and eating healthy, try looking at other areas of your life that may be affecting you. Stress?  Lack of Sleep?

Good luck and remember those 5 lbs. are not really going to matter in the big scheme of things. You will still make a goregous bride!

I actually think 5-10 lbs in 4 weeks is definitely within a health weight loss range...1 - 2 lbs a week is considered healthy. Of course, if you're already within a healthy weight range for your age and height, it's going to be harder. You may already be doing this but if not and since it's temporary and you only have a few lbs to lose, try going low carb and high (LEAN) protein. Keep all your carbs to oats, All Bran, and veggies/fruit (sweet potatoes are ok, too). Be very careful with your dairy intake, make sure it's skim/fat-free. A lot of people are horrified when I tell them to try eating this way but 1) it works and 2) this is actually a very all-natural way to eat and forces you to eliminate all of the processed crap that we all eat constantly without even realizing it. Goodluck!

Make sure you are not voer exercising!  I was only losing less than a pound a week and i was getting so frustrated i became really sick last fri and haven't worked out since, it is now thursday in Australia!! I went to the gym this a.m and had my weigh and measure no work out as till too sick! I have dropped 7 cms over all from my body and have dropped 1 kilo!! I am so happy, sometimes if we exercise too much our bodies go into starvation mode because they dont know when theya re going to get a break! I got told to take a break every third day. Good luck.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
