Hi Aliciakeys1

I did the SlimIn6. That was my first exercise cd. It didn't really help with a BIG weight loss, but it did do a lot for dropping the pant size. Some people acheive the promised result, I didn't. But I did get motvated to do more! So that was good money spent.  Follow the mitchi ladder they include in the book, and you'll do fine.

My advice (one I should probabaly follow more often myself)... if you know it's bad - DON'T PUT IT IN YOUR SHOPPING CART. I noticed that I'm one of those weird ladies now, always checking the nutrition labels LOL .. but it does help. Once you've completed that, I would suggest Turbo Fire. It's more cardio intense, but I find it easier on the joints than Slim in 6 and more uplifting.

Keep going - YOU CAN DO IT!

Has anyone tried these excercise video's. Also does anyone have some good advice on weight loss, for example, what to eat or drink? smile03.gif

I'm so happy I found this forum.  I would like to tone up and loose about 10 pounds for my wedding in July, 2011.  I know it may not sound like a lot, but I'm having a hard time exercising and eating right probably because I'm stressed with planning.  I recently applied to a half marathon that will take place in March.  I'm hoping I get in because maybe that will motivate me to get my but in shape.  I'll keep you posted on whether or not I get in.

jrod07... don't wait till March.. get on the healthy train now.  Remember; there are two major holidays between now and july. I got 20lbs more to go before Sept. 2011. Start now, and don't have regrets after!  I find that when I'm stressed out, exercise clears my head...

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
