Hey Ladies!

I joined weight watchers this week and i have my first boot camp this morning. Wish me luck!

My wedding is now in approximately 6 months and like to lose about 20 pounds just to look really toned and ripped in my dress ;)

We can all do!!!

Also can someone tell me where i can find those weigh trackers?

alright I definitely need to join this thread.  I'm getting married in May 2011 and with my schedule of full time school, clinic, and 3 jobs, working out no longer exists, and I've always been an athlete so it's been hard.  My goal is to get back to working out in December once school is done which will give me 6 months before the wedding.  I'm going to be getting the insanity workout and force my FI to do it with me.  I'll have to use you girls as inspiration to workout everyday and lose the original 10 I was planning on plus the now 6 additional pounds I've put on in the past 2 months.

Hey gals..I thought I would pipe in as a support to you all. Wedding stress is massive enough and now we need to fit in that dress...ha..the dress can hide but the bikini doesn't..

I myself train 5-6 days a week, it's a stress reliever for me. I train with weights and my dessert is cardio, for several years and have some great tips.

I'm 39 years old, 5 foot 3 and 112 pounds, normally 108. I drink alot of red wine. I have learned that you just can't quick fix that spot..I can help with questions but I want to say, please don't look at your wedding day as a goal but a lifestyle change, whatever your doing now should be a permanent part of your new life. Hey who wants to look back and say gawd I looked so good...eekk...

Do this for you..and only you...don't weigh yourself...see how close fits...and follow these tips..

--cardio in the morning at least 25 plus minutes - low intensity - bike or elliptical - 2 days a week , the rest circut with weights

- green tea, fat free yogurt

- no fruit, no pop, no sugar

- chicken, browns and don't eat after 8 pm

- have a cheat day per week

- if you screw up, it's ok, have sex LOL..

- tons of water, if you drink....vodka, soda...red wine

- massage - gets toxins out

- tan - brown skin makes you look leaner

- CRUNCHES EVERY DAY!!! 3 sets of 30..you can do it...

1 week before the wedding...no carbs...lots of protein, water and cardio only - BELIEVE IN YOU!!

I ran 2.5 miles Monday, followed by Jillian Michael's No More Trouble Zones, then ran a 5k yesterday...i am HURTING BADLY today lol! I will be doing a pilates class and atleast 30 minutes of cardio tonight....if I keep this pace up 5x's per week and eat decent I should DEF drop some lbs right?! It worked before so I don't know why I doubt it now...

I am getting married May 27th 2011 and want to lose 10-15 lbs by then.  Ideally I would like to have the weight gone by the time I have my first gown fitting.  I've already ordered my gown but it won't be here for several months.  I run about 25 miles per week and have reduced my calories to 1200 per day but I can't flatten my tummy.  Any ideas?

Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I did it last year and lost close to 18lbs, then the red velvet cake brought it all bacl lol.

I am not so concerned with the dress (they will make that to fit me), but I really need to get into a swimsuit and not look completely crazy.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
