Hey ladies,

Thanks for the warm welcome! I am soooo excited to get started and ready to plan plan plan and plan some more. I have been following the blog so I knew that finding an awesome TA was the first important thing to do. So far so good. I am extremely busy so i decided to use destinationweddings.com. So far it has been wonderful. I have a great DWTA that specializes in destination weddings so she was really informed on the ins and outs in the planning process. What sold us on Azul was a webinar they offered. My FI really liked what he saw and got excited and more importantly involved in the planning.

We sent off for our group contract thursday so we should have that done sometime this week and loaded onto our website for our guest to book. Laurie (DWTA) is on top of her emails and calls. We have talked almost on a weekly bases ( because i worry about everything!!!) and she has been extremely nice. I hope it continues to be this nice.

You all can check out our website and let me know what you think. Its destinationweddings.com and the passcode : lowedding my last name is Thomas.

I will try to upload my save the dates here soon.

Kittenhart: Absolutely love your passport invites!!!. I went basic with the save the dates so I can do passport invites. Yours gives me goosebumps!! Congrats

Happy Valentine's Day Ladies

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
