    I joined jillianmichaels.com and holy man does she kick your butt. There is an exercise program and a menu set out for each day of the week. Its very structured and perfect for me! Its only $4/ week. The only problem with the program is that you have to do ALOT of cooking and the fitness plan is deadly!

    Have any of you other ladies joined?

      lol! I haven't joined, but I'm not surprised that it kicks your butt; that woman scares the heck out of me!!

        I've been a member for 1 year and I've lost 8 lbs. I love her. I email the workout to my blackberry and do her exercises in the gym. I love the weight tracker because it helps you stay focus. I will say I'm on level 3 so sometimes when I get tired of doing any exercise I find a variation of that exercise. I will buy Oxygen or Hers magazine they have great workouts that I incorporate with Jillian's. My favorite is Frog Kicks and Deadlifts.
