Thanks ladies!

I just wanted to detail how I did my template. I used my actual passport for inspiration. I just measured the passport and followed the layout in Photoshop.

I downloaded fonts I used on the passport on dafont.com. I don't have the font names with me right now. I downloaded photoshop brushes for the mayan aztec designs on the background of the invitation. I also downloaded the brush for the brick wall design.

If anyone wants my Photoshop template, please PM me but you need to have Photoshop.

I used Pink Azalea 105# Metallic Card Stock for the pink ones. White Card Stock 74# was used for the paper in the middle. I glued the white to the pink by using double sided tape.

The envelopes were A-2 Onyx Black Metallic. Got all of them from paperandmore.com

Beautiful invites Di! We are planning to do passport invites as well and have ordered metallic card stock for the outside, metallic paper for the inside and A-2 envelopes from paperandmore.com.

Question for you: were these $0.44 each to mail or $0.61? Yours are so similar to ours, and I would like to buy some cute postage in advance on zazzle.com

Thanks!

Thanks. I am not clear on what you are asking. I just used one first class stamp on the invitations and a postcard stamp for the postcards.

Sorry I was unclear. I meant for the invite itself. I was worried that the invite might be heavy or a strange shape and I'm not quite sure it would be more than the standard $0.44. Thanks for the response!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
