So for those that are way into this program, can you actually SEE the results in your body? Or is it mostly how you feel? I'm hoping to see a difference, but figured I should prepare for otherwise.

I won't say that my arms are ripped or anything, but I can tell that they are more toned than they were a few weeks ago. I also feel like I have more endurance doing them.

As for the squats, my FI told me last weekend that my butt is looking awesome! Hahahaha!! He told me to keep up whatever I'm doing!

Ok cool, good to know. I'm doing these programs along with other things to just get healthier, but I'd also like to see a difference. So good to know that it's there, if even only slightly! I'll be finishing week 2 tomorrow and I can already tell a difference in endurance in all three programs I'm doing.

yah i have to agree, i dont think my arms or chest are getting bigger but they are tighter for sure. I havent done the squats b/c it felt too easy for me when I was trying.. but maybe i should start it up again and just do alot more since apparently im too lazy to go to the gym now. I might need to get married again just to have motivation to work out

Yeah, the squats are by far the easiest for me, but Matt says he notices a difference in my ass and legs. Who knows if there really is one, but I can feel it, so I figure it must be working, right?

The thing is that I think I will be bored before ever getting to 200, who wants to do that many anyway? I don't mind the movements, but I feel like I'm wasting time that I should be doing something else.

I'm in the middle of week 3 for push-ups, crunches and squats and I've stayed fully committed to all, but with each session, it takes a little bit longer. And I'm starting to feel like "ahhh, I should be cleaning the bathroom!" Or something like that.

I moved to week 6 of the pushups. I don't think I'll EVER be able to do 100 pushups without stopping. My goal is to be able to do 5 sets of 20 and not die. Week 6 is haaaarrrrrdddddd.

I've printed out the program and just psyching myself up to start... the positive comments from those who have seen a difference is helping to motivate me!

OHHH, how have I not seen this thread!

I am doing the pushups (on week 2) and sit ups (on week 1).

I am really excited that I am making such progress on the push ups. I started at 3 and can now do 8! Amazes me!
