I won't say that my arms are ripped or anything, but I can tell that they are more toned than they were a few weeks ago. I also feel like I have more endurance doing them.

As for the squats, my FI told me last weekend that my butt is looking awesome! Hahahaha!! He told me to keep up whatever I'm doing!

Ok cool, good to know. I'm doing these programs along with other things to just get healthier, but I'd also like to see a difference. So good to know that it's there, if even only slightly! I'll be finishing week 2 tomorrow and I can already tell a difference in endurance in all three programs I'm doing.

yah i have to agree, i dont think my arms or chest are getting bigger but they are tighter for sure. I havent done the squats b/c it felt too easy for me when I was trying.. but maybe i should start it up again and just do alot more since apparently im too lazy to go to the gym now. I might need to get married again just to have motivation to work outhuh.gif

Yeah, the squats are by far the easiest for me, but Matt says he notices a difference in my ass and legs. Who knows if there really is one, but I can feel it, so I figure it must be working, right?

The thing is that I think I will be bored before ever getting to 200, who wants to do that many anyway? I don't mind the movements, but I feel like I'm wasting time that I should be doing something else.

I'm in the middle of week 3 for push-ups, crunches and squats and I've stayed fully committed to all, but with each session, it takes a little bit longer. And I'm starting to feel like "ahhh, I should be cleaning the bathroom!" Or something like that.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
