I just started this as well this week. For my initial pushups I did 20, squats I did 70 and situps I did 38. So now onto the workouts. I really want to be able to do the 200 pushups and I can really use help with the situps.

Congrats Jen! I started at a little more than 20 too. Now I'm 3-4 weeks into the program and did 120 push ups today! Crazy (for me anyway). Obviously it wasn't consecutive, but in 5 different sets of pushups. Either way I'm still really proud and I increased my strength very quickly. Good luck ladies!

I haven't heard of this, but I can say that I exercise 3-4 times a week, and on my off days, I would do 50 pushups, and 150 crunches. My arms were great, stomach had never really been fat....but things happen, I fell off my regular routine for a few months, but now getting back on. This will definitely help me get it back together!

Thanks!

So I'm into my 2nd week now and I did 25 pushups in total today! Maybe that doesn't seem like alot for you people that started out with them, but I think ti's incredible that where I could do 1-2 last week, I can now do 6.

I have all three programs (crunch, squat, push-ups) and I want more! I feel like it such an attainable goal.

I do these in addition to either Power Half Hour or Jillian Michaels Shred.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
