Trouble logging in today - entered username & password and spent looong time with thank you for logging in screen before finally ended with this error (in Google Chrome):

 

This webpage is not available.

 

The webpage at http://bestdestinationwedding.com/forum/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

 

Refreshed the page and it did load.

I am still having major trouble with the site, it constantly times out. Or the website won't even load after I sign in. My posts are constantly double posted even though I only press the submit button once. It takes about 5 minutes to cycle between post pages. When are these issues going to be fixed this has been happening for two weeks now.

Jessica, Tammy and Steve (Tammy's DH) have been working very hard during their free time to get this forum up and running issue-free as fast as possible. They have had to continuously upgrade the servers to accomodate the growing number of members and posts. Please be patient.

Took 5 minutes just to load this feedback page... and that was after it timed out the first time.

 

I hope this will be fixed soon because I'm finding that I don't want to post or even visit very much as a result of the problems with double posts, time outs, or just taking too long to simply get logged onto BDW.

Just to be clear, you do realize that Tammy runs this FREE forum out of her own pocket, correct? I'm just surprised at the lack of understanding or appreciation shown by some of our members.

 

Don't get me wrong, this thread should contain a list of the problems that everyone is encountering, but the attitude that some are showing is a little ridiculous, in my opinion.

I agree with Carly. This thread is meant to be an area to report issues to those that are responsibile for resolving them and for those people to communicate the status to the members. If you feel so angered about how the forum is working, I suggest to find another forum in which to participate.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
