Just received this info from another bride on another sight.

Steel band is 100.00 more on this price list then the riu sight when I booked it. Guess it went uphuh.gif

Thanks so much for the information. Doesn't it seem like some of that is really expensive? I wonder if you could do some of it yourself...

 

Also, that's weird that you can only pay in cash or travelers checks. I don't feel safe carrying around that much money in cash!

I really like the one that is $75, that doesn't seem too bad. What about the aisle runner? Is that something we need or something I could get elsewhere cheaper? I guess it is only $45, but the costs seem to keep adding up!

Amanda- I'm pretty sure that arch is the $200 one I posted. And I'm guessing the flowers are that 'flowers upgrade' you can add to the package.

 

I'll have to look around for more pics of the standard bamboo arch (so many pictures!!! haha!)

Hi girls, I was told the free arch had no flowers The picture that Chandlyn sent me had no flowers in it. Just plain palms. I dont know if this is true but I am PRETTY sure it is, I dont think you can take flowers from the USA into Jamaica or Vice-versa. Unless these are silk flowers that you are taking about and Iam just confused. But I think on the customs form you have to fill out there is a question about fruit and flowers. I would find out by calling the airline 1st before you spend all that money and then wont be able to take them.

so do they decorate with the silk flowers or do you have to do that yourself?

My fear is that i pay for the decoration and it isnt the color scheme or flower type i wanted.

 

I am wondering if i bought them here in MI and took them with me, if they would let me decorate it myself?

I dont really want to do all of that work myself, but if it saves $200-400 i guess its worth a tryhuh.gif??

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
