Thanks for the advice everyone! The foam roller and massagers souond so gooooood right now as I sit at my desk! Update: have been to two PT visits and one massage. I'm starting to loosen up, but my last nights visit with PT left me SORE. I know it will get better, and I do feel looser....yay! I'll keep it up
