I am a Mikaella bride :) When I was shopping for "the dress", I kept going back to Paloma Blanca & Mikaella dresses because they are so gorgeous! I can't even remember how many dresses I tried on by other designers and none of them were "right". They felt kind of cheap, if you know what I mean. Unfortunately, there was no way I could get a Mikaella or Paloma dress with my budget. It was just discontinued in October, so I can't find a picture of it from the designer. Once I get it altered, I'll post pictures!

I am going to be a Mikaella bride as well. I haven't ordered it yet but I tried on Mikaella #1406 and I love love love it. It is exactly what I was looking for. I will be going back to order it next week when FI's mom can come up (she really wants to be part of the shopping process but is out of town). I will take pictures when I order it and post them. I tried on several Mikaella/Paloma Blanca dresses and fell in love with them. The material and the fit was so nice on them. But this dress was exactly what I wanted. I am so excited.

Just wondering how long it took for any of your Paloma Blancas to come in. I oredered mine at the beginning of February & she said it takes anywhere from 6-8 months...I'm hoping its closer to the 6 because my wedding is only 6 months away. I'm just alittle nervous it will take the whole 8 months & I won't get it on time. I'm probably just alittle paranoid lol

Hey there, you should have enough time - I think they will take into consideration when your wedding is when they are processing orders. I ordered mine in March and it took until this September, but I ordered it way in advance of my wedding. Now I am still putting off alterations :P! Hang in there, I'm sure you'll be fine with timing.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
