    I love you review!! What did you end up spending for the open bar because there's so many questions about their pricing?? Was is per person, per hour or a flat rate?

      This is what I got from Sandra:

      "we have added the alternative of booking a location (parrots bar, wet bar, sports bar or disco) per US$500.00 per hour, including national drinks, sound system and set up."

      This works out bette if you have a large group, but I noticed in a previous post $500 includes DJ...was that a typo? I don't think it does include a DJ.

      Also, not sure if you ladies are aware, but there is a $300 fee if you use an outside photographer (unless you go with Tropical Pictures).

      Does anyone know if Tropical Pictures are any good?

        The $300 only applies if you bring in a local photographer that does not stay at the resort. I'm using Phil Steingard and that is fine because he's staying at the resort.

            So let me clarify, if any of you ladies know, now we have to pay for the white chair covers as well? Does this mean we have to pay for them at the ceremony and then reception as well?!!!

              When did this happen? White chair covers are included- you only have to pay for table decorations and chair sashes or table runners last I heard.

                I recently received an email from one of the brides with an updated list of wedding extras...and on it it said chair covers werent included? I will see if I can get the info up on here....

                  With regards to the chair covers, I read that the white chair covers are still included, but now they also offer "Tiffany chairs" which are fancier and cost extra.

                      Ladies, anyone knows about the "day pass"? What does it actually mean and who has to ge it?
                      if we have guests staying at the Colonial, but we are getting married at Elegance, do they need that "day pass"? (i hope not)
