Man needs help planiing simple Wedding for Feb, 2010

My SIL plans to go to vegas and get married in Feb. I want to help make it a "little bit nicer" than just going to a chapel.

 

Does anyone have any ideas.

 

I (male) will have nothing to do with the dress , license or flowers or anything like that.

 

I just want to get a nice chapel or outdoor if the weather permits in a nice hotel or not a hotel reserved for them and maybe make a restaurant reservation.

 

I am looking to spend $750 or less. This is my gift to them.

 

I can put it tother (with tips from here) or do a package. etc.

 

PLEASE HELP

 

p.s. i am tough skinned so tell me what i need to know and hold nothing back

Hey! There are a couple of different things that you can do. It all depends on how many people there will be and what all you are looking for. There is the Chapel in the Clouds at the Stratosphere which is cool if getting married at the top of the needle is what they want. You'll have to check their site for exact amounts. There are plenty of other options at most of the hotels. There is always a basic one and then you can add-on things. Just check for photography, As for the Valley of Fire, I think, is going to be more than $750, but I'd check the forum on that to be more certain.

 

If you could give a few more specifics, like how many people and what type of setting you are looking for as there are so many different places (lakes, boats, parks, restaurants, hotels, hotel suites, desert). Also, you might want to check the forum for some ideas as well.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
