Microsoft Photo Story 3 for Windows: make show-n-tell cool again

I haven't used it, but I think it's for pictures only. It sounds like you can use it with movie maker to enhance your photos.
you can use sound with Photostory 3 but it doesn't have the cool transitions that Movie Maker has, nor can you ad video like MM.

I really like using Movie Maker b/c it's so easy. but the pictures don't look that great. I tried it through Powerpoint and my pictures look fine full screen...

Have you converted it to a movie yet? When you are still editing it looks really bad. Once you convert it to a movie file, it should look fine. The option is in the file tab. It's called "save as movie" or something like that. I'd open it to get the exact wording, but it takes a while to open. Let me know if you don't figure it out. Saving it takes several minutes.

awesome thread, I used this for my brothers wedding but only the basics as I did it the night after the wedding, this thread is a huge help, I will have to save it somewhere so I don't lose all the info! Again, you amaze me with the time you have to spend on all this fun stuff. I struggle to even get on the computer each day after work as I am always busy doing something.. I can't wait to see the finished product of your wedding pics! can you believe you are getting married in a month from now!

I used Movie Maker to make a slide show of my wedding pics to finally show you girls my wedding pics and I tried to upload them on photobucket and it said that I can't because of a copyright issue....which I have the copyright.....so now what do I do so I can show the slideshow?

I posted this on your thread, but I'll put it here for someone else who has a problem in the future.

Use this website instead of photobucket

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
