Any 2011 Brides out there?

I've not written on here in ages, mainly just lurking...but I wanted to share that we finally booked our vacation package!!! It cost way too much, but we were in a state of panic as there was only one flight left to book!

Once the panick is over the celebrations can start.... you did what you had to do and it IS for the most special day of your lives so it will be well worth it :-) Congratulations xox

YOu're so right, as soon as it was booked my blood pressure dropped a lot!! lol Now it's actually prompting people to start booking too, which is awesome! It's starting to feel real for sure now! 

Our engagement photos are being done on Wednesday!!! I'm starting to feel more wedding-y again!

I am also 2011 bride. We are planning to get married on November 18, 2011 at Moon Palace. We are waiting for WC to send us a contract and we'll be all set with the venue! Yay! It was not easy to choose the location but at least that's done now. Next step is STDs and photographer...

 Picking from 25 different options sounds great. I have always liked buffets because of this!! I end up eating  a lot .  I´m waiting for the quotes on the different menus that I have to choose from and I will post everything here.

 

Sounds like a plan. I think we are going to start seriously looking into in meal options in October when we have a little more time. I'll let you know what we find out.

We have been engaged 9 years in nov, and never did engagement pics, and to be honest id never even heard of people doing them!!! I think they are such a great idea x

 I don´t have engagement pics either!! My FI and me were celebrating his birthday at a restaurant and when it was dessert time the waiter comes to me...places a covered plate in front of me and I go: "NO-no, it´s his birthday not mine!!" So he takes away the cover and there´s my ring!!!! I about died! Everybody around started cheering and I was so happy!! Unfortunately we didn´t have a camera with us!
