Thank you! Isn´t   it colourful? And I love everybody toasting the "mexican way" and then taking  the set home as gifts!  As for the food.. I also had the same concerns you have but the caterer promised to  prepare  a very soft and light version. We are aslo having some salads just in case some people don´t want to be that adventurous.msnparty.gif

Nan,

your site inspection looks amazing! Where exactly by Tulum is it? Love your local menu! Sounds like so much fun :)

You mentioned about guests needed transport from the airport. I can highly recommend Lomas. We arranged a lot of our guests private transfers through them and they were amazing!

Nicyx: have fun!!!

Murmel:

The private villa is located  in a secluded beach area on the north end of the Tankah Bay road next to Soliman bay. (before Tulum).

As for the transfers, Julieta my WC  is taking care of everything  personally with each guest group as I can´t  deal with aprox. 80 people´s arrivals!

I´m trying to get some of our friends to stay with us a couple of days after the wedding and before we  start our honeymoon! This is how it would go if they accept...

Afer the wedding My FI and me together with ten other friends are getting a two day extension   to  our initial trip  due to  an excellent fare that we could get through  my WC  and www.cancungreatestours.mex.tl

We will set off in Tulum towards CANCUN for a guided visit to the Tequila Museum, we are getting to try the different types of tequila, which I´m sure by that time in our getaway we will be experts already! LOL!shots.gif

After that, we  are going on a Night boat experience around the lagoon, cocktail included (more booze). And  we will be dropped off in  two or three  oceanfront apartments to spend the night.woot2.gif

After sunbathing all day  we will be picked up in the  evening  to go on “Partyopolisâ€rockon.gifdrum.gif which is a  party tour to the hottest clubs in town ( booze again?)! The great thing to me is that a van will be waiting  outside    to drive us  all  sound and safe to the apartments.

My FI and his GMs  are crazy about this ¡ They even have begun to come up with ideas!. They who have only complained so far as to how much me and my friends talk about the wedding planning! hahahagrouphug.gif

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
