& as for the eye rolling, Oh Yes, I know this very well :-)
Stephen cant be bothered with most of this kind stuff to be honest but in a way im glad as that way i get what i want!!! hehe x
To be fair as long as he says "I DO" ..........

And their is definatly more to this DW planning than i thought like you prettypigpig & Linhy's friend, I thought, book, invite, wedding...... :-) How wrong was I.... But all part of the fun though, makes it more exciting dont you think? x

Michelle, Im pleased you have made a decision on the AHR. Let us know how you get on with the price.... If it really where you want then whatever you get it for it'l be worth it :-)

Think im going to crack open the wine now and have a few after a long week :-) What are you all upto this weekend? Were just having a quiet one I think.....

x

Totally agree, I thought the same. Turn up in a dress in a beautiful hotel. Job done! Wrong! But i am loving all of the little extras. Makes the day even more special adding our little touches! (with help from bestdestinationwedding, of course)!

I will let you know about the AHR. But I feel like i will do whatever it takes to get that place. Lol. But if i can get it cheaper, all the better ;o). But i have my heart set on it...!!

I went to a party last night (cousins 21st, and boy did it make me feel old, lol)! Today I'm wishing all the brides that are mummies, a happy mothers day!!! I have had some lovely little pressies off the kiddies, and FI is cooking dinner :o).....Arrrr chill time!

Prettypigpig - I absolutely LOVE the second floaty dress. It is gorgeous! Very exciting you can now look for your dress. Yah!!!

CeeCee76 - i know where your coming from. We bought our house nearly 5yrs ago, had to gut the place and do it all over again. So much work and yes we blew the budget on that one to! But i am determind to keep a check on the finances with the wedding. (I say that but i have already gone over with my dress and it looks like the AHR is going to be more now too.....) Watch this space, lol....

prettypigpig - love the 2nd dress - its so much like one i toyed with and opted with my other choice instead- apparently the grecian look is the 'in' look for the season - which i too am grateful about as i am little worried about the tummy - as i wont be getting married until we have been there 9 days with all that lovely food around!! LOL.

Michelle - which one did you go back and look at? If your heart is set on something im sure you will get it one way or the other.

A lazy Sunday afternoon in store today so will prob spend hours trawling the net finding more ways to spend our money...... i love it... think im becoming addicted. LOL

ARGH!!!

Yes, in Canada, US, probably Mexico too, Mothers day is in May and Fathers day is in June.

I really like the second too! I saw a pic of a real life bride (not a 5 ft 11, 100lbs model) wearing it on a UK website, and it looked so nice.

I still need to look for a dress for the after party after the wedding. I still want to find a cute white dress to stand out. I've been trying to find this dress everywhere so I can wear it on Sunday for brunch!! but I can't find it anywhere!!!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
