Wow lots to catch up on. i love it!!!!!!

Cjb0arder13 - can't wait to see your invites.....

Linhy - Your dress is lovely. I bet you look a million dollars in it! It's so exciting isn't it!!! And getting that little bit closer to putting your deposit down is great news!! Whoop whoop it's all happening!

I'm not having a veil, don't know why really. I do like them but i just dont think it's really me... if you get what i mean!

Hen Party/Bachelorette Party. I am having 2!!! Greedy i know but hay you only get married once right? So i may as well make the most of it.. My friend had 3, ha ha ha!!! I'm having one in the UK. This will probably be a night stay over at a spa hotel. Treatments in the afternoon, back to rooms, dress up Glitz 'n' Glam then a meal and cocktails. I'm not really into strippers either. I'm not against them for other ppl but i would be sooooo embarrassed i just wouldn't like it personally. After cocktails there is the option of going onto a club for a boogie but i'm leaving this open and just gonna see how the night flows! My sister is arranging this!! Then in Mexico we are having a girls night out to Coco Bongo's! I cannot wait!!! The boys will probably do the same thing! We can take it in turns to have the kiddies!

One of my friends went on a hen weeked just last weekend and said she had a great time. They had pole dancing lessons within their weekend which sounds like fun!!

hahaha...I can see u girls aren't into strippers. Hey, I am from Montreal, and for some reasons (maybe the french influence), we have a lot of strip joints here, so it's like a tradition to stop by one for bachelor or bachelorette party. It was so funny that one time, we found out that one of the popular male stripper at the joint has a MSc of Finance, and he too was studying for CFA exams.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
