I know the reserves at palma real and the Moon palace are part of timeshares.

thanks,
My parents are stay that the reserves at Palma Real. They have had there timeshare for years now. They have to pay a $120 a day per person for it to be AI. They will only be stay 5, so they will not be using their whole week. With them only staying 5 day it save them like 600 and if they would of stayed the whole it would of cost them about the same as if they would of stayed at the resort, bc of them have to pay the AI fees.

When I went in august for my site inspection we stayed via my future in-laws RCI timeshare at the Reserve at Paradisus Palma Real. it was $120/day pp as Jennifer mentions and you definitely get to use all the amenities of both sections of the resort. I was just going to book a room through whatever online site i found the cheapest but this ended up saving a couple of hundred (if not more) as we only payed $240/day for the two of us. Not sure if this is a negative for you but via RCI the stay is normally Saturday - Saturday for 7nights.

  • 2 weeks later...

Pcguy and Jennifer,

Would your family be interested in renting their timeshare at the Reserves for the 1st week of November? If they have weeks and/or points available? I need two suites for two families attending my wedding in November and the timeshare options is cheaper for the family. I am just trying to find someone who has weeks/points available for that timeframe. Please let me know!!! thanks!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
