I am new to the forum. Not sure what I am doing... or where I am getting married. YIKES!

 

We are going to Cabo next week to look at potential locations for a 2011 wedding date.

 

We are a laid back couple who loves a good party with our family and friends. The most important thing is creating a lasting memory.. for everyone!!! A weekend of celebrating wink.gif

 

I would love any and all suggestions for location, wedding planner, photographer, etc.

 

Has anyone used the following vendors?

Alec & T Photoraphy

Baja Weddings

A Baja Romance Wedding

Cabo Azul

Villa Group (Villa La Estancia, Villa Del Palmar, Villa Del Arco)

Capella Pedregal

Earth, Sun & Sky Vacations (for a Cabo Villa rental)

Hello and welcome to the forum! I am a 2011 cabo bride and we are planning our wedding at Cabo del Sol Clubhouse. We weren't entirely thrilled with the accommodations at Cabo del sol, so we, along with the majority of our guests, will be staying at Villa la Estancia. We stayed there during our site visit and could not have been happier! I absolutely loved it! Let me know if you have any questions about it...we booked through bob at destinationcabo.com and he gave us great rates. As far as villas, we looked into those as well and I would highly recommend trying vrbo.com before anything else. They have the best rates by far! I have a review of our site visit with cabo del sol and villa la estancia pictures on the cabo forum if you are interested!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
