So upset just want to cry

Our guests are able to book @ the resort under our "wedding" name so we don't have to coordinate it with anyone unless they wanted to book through our TA to get the insurance.

Dry your eyes and call the Sheraton headquarters and explain the situation. Most large establishment will do whatever it takes to make a customer happy. Especially during such a finanical downward spinal in the economy. Make sure to call the 1-800# and ask for their wedding department or management. Good luck and keep me postedsmile03.gif

I would call head office too, but she I bet it is just that she is busy. even though I agree that is not an excuse. Call head office and see what they can do about it. Keep us posted...

i hope you have managed to sort everything out.have you actually booked+confirmed your wedding date with them?if so i know it is really hard but i wouldnt worry.they dont really sort anything out until you arrive at the resort.i hate hearing of brudes that can not get in touch with their wc,s but it is very common they know what they are doing but it does,nt help us planning brides.

Thanks everyone for your hugs and support. I have finally heard from her, she was actually off sick for a few days. Between the holidays and the flu not sure which one is going to do me in first!! So things are going much better, dates are confirmed, contracts are signed just some small final details and we're done!!
