hola! im off to shoot elizabeths wedding at las ventanas in cabo the first week in august (and courtneys ES and BD pics. i wont forget you courtney!) during the contracted "wedding time" we are staying at las ventanas. yes living like photography rock stars :) but since we are staying a week to do some sight seeing and cool local photography we need a place to stay the rest of the time. as much as id like to stay at las ventanas the entire time i just cant! the personal working with me is male and speaks spanish and i feel that gives me more flexibility on where i stay however we need it to be a safe place as we will have all our gear with us. if they have a safe thats a bonus! any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    thanks - leigh

if you stay in Cabo, Bahia Condos is a nice hotel and inexpensive especially in that month....it is very safe and has a safe...lol

Erik and I always stay there in Cabo.....We like it because we take with us all our diving equipment (which is very expensive) and nothing happens to them....

      I recommend this place

        Hi leigh,

There are lost of nice hotels here in San Jose I donĀ“t know if you prefer to stay in San Lucas, in San Jose you can check El Encanto Inn, Casa Natalia and Tropicana these are in down town san jose they are very very nice! I can say I like more El Encanto or Tropicana you can check their web page, there are also some big all inclusive resorts like royal solaris, presidente, Grand baja.

I hope you have a great time!

Leigh...here is their website and a map.....

            Grupo Bahia Condo Hotel
            Cabo San Lucas Map

on the map Bahia Condos is next to number 29, next to Marina Sol Resorts....
It's up the hill from The Office....
Centrally located to everything....Can walk to downtown.

p.s on the map its called Hotel Bahia

how about rending a condo at Casa del Mar? It's next to Las Ventanas and you can get one with a kitchen and stuff so you can be more self sufficient. Rates are much cheaper than the hotel.

Something like this? (I can't vouch for it specifically, but the property is great) This 1-Bedroom Condo is Too Beautiful ~ vacation rental in Corridor

thanks for the info ladies. the kind of PIA deal is we will be there for 1 night then checking into LV. then need it for another 2-3. i guess we can go to more than one place too. do you think we could just walk up to a hotel and check in without reservations? they might try to charge us more huh?

My BIL and his girlfriend stayed at the Tropicana in San Jose for our wedding. It was super cute and very reasonable. And it's in the heart of San Jose so while you're not beachfront, you can walk to all of the local shops & restaurants

thanks everyone. were going to stay at the sheraton the first night. it was one of the easier ones to book online and i earn points there. about $200 a night. then were at las ventanas for 3 nights and i havent decided where the last two. maybe back at the sheraton.

i didnt even think to ask you courtney. where are you staying?
