    We placed our order in early december with the delivery date of dec 20th. Here we are at Dec 31 and we've recieved no notification about when the mugs are coming (we leave for jamaica jan 17). I can't get anyone at Customer Service and Sales tells me they can't help me. We've sent a "ticket" but to no avail. I am so frustrated! I was really counting on these mugs to be a big part of our wedding ...and now I'm kind of let down that they might not come Think happy thoughts for me

      positive thoughts.i think the time of year dont help.you will get them.chase them on monday.

          How stressful for you, but I am sure it will all be sorted after the xmas period & you will receive them in time.

            you still have a little bit more time try not to stress too much you should be enjoying this time before your wedding!

              I am having the same problem with them. I ordered on Dec. 8 and was supposed to receive my order on the 22nd. I sent a "ticket" two days ago and they told me my order was canceled on the 9th. I don't really understand that because I was charged and they continued to update the progress of my order through the 17th, so I have no idea what is going on. I will be calling them on Monday to see what is going on. I hope that they are just behind because of the holidays.

                Wow! At least they responded to your ticket. We've yet to even recieve a response...i'm getting more bitter by the day because if they don't come through they we are F#cked for the wedding! I'll definately be disputing my visa charge if they don't ship it soon. I definately do not recommened this company to anyone.

                I also read on another post that another bride was not happy with the size of her logo on the mugs. Best of luck to you

                    I must say that they did respond to my ticket within an hour of issuing it. Have you tried calling them?

                      Did you receive a ticket number? I tried to send a ticket for a few broken lids I had received, I was getting frustrated until I talked to them and realized that I did not get a ticket number so my ticket did not go through. The customer service lady submitted another one while I was on the phone with her, and I received response a few hours later. They shipped me new lids no questions asked, and after my ticked actually went through it only took 2 or 3 days! I'm very happy with their service.
