BDW Biggest Loser ~ Season 8

I feel that despite my decent eating and such this week that my weight won't reflect that. However, I have had 2 big loss weeks, so perhaps my body will come around!

 

I tried the 30 Day Shred DVD and while Level 1 was a bit too basic for me, I look forward to trying Level 2. I love, love, love how fast it seems to go. It's over before you know it and is really great if you're pressed for time!

I missed last week weigh in. Oops!

 

my weight hasn't really budged that much but i definitely went down a size and now the size i'm wearing is feeling loose. it's all about way you feel, not the weight.

That's just it Di... since I'm not too far from my goal weight, my clothes are my biggest gauge of how I'm doing! :) I hadn't lost many pounds recently, but then when my trainer did a body fat test I was down! So I basically converted fat to muscle... which is great!

It is! I kind of didn't help things with my weigh-in by having pizza last night. Water weight and me are BFF. That said, things stayed even, so hopefully next week will be a big loss!

 

So I ran 6 miles on the treadmill today. That's the most time I've spent on the thing. They're oh-so-boring.

I had an awesome week, can't wait to send my picture in! I'm going to the gym at least 4x per week now, and I feel that I finally got my groove back. I hope I can keep it going...

Great job Renee!

 

I needed this weigh in as a good reminder. I'm up half a pound. I only worked out three times last week, and I've become more lax in my diet/alchohol consumption. So this week I'll start journaling what I eat again and get back to the gym more often.

So, I checked out my weight on the scale at work today, and I'm about a 1-1.5 lbs away from my target for my work challenge. Next week is the weigh in for that, so I think I might make it as long as I'm good this week.

 

By the way... when is the last weigh in for this?
