i don t know if this is a no no but i bought a bag of hersey's kisses and i eat one per day...it is only 20 calories so i figure it'd satisfy my sweet tooth. don't try this if you don't have the willpower! Lol.

i've noticed that i cut alcohol and my tummy is a lot of flatter. i hardly drink nowadays...maybe a drink on a saturday.

i don't eat that much as before now we have a puppy to run after. i think that's helping us after all, lol...it takes you 20 min to feel full so we eat dinner and watch the puppy at the same time instead of the tv. Usually watching tv and eating dinner makes you to eat more.

i don't have time to work out other than taking the puppy for a brisk walk. i really want to go back on shred but by the time we get back from the walk, it's almost 6 then i need to make dinner. my fiance comes home around 6ish. i'm not a morning person to work out, nooo way! it's enough that i have to get up at 5:50.

so i guess a brisk walk two times a day and random pushups, bicep curls and etc and eating healthy will do it for now.

Okay, so my work is doing a Weigh Loss Challenge. I have 8 weeks to lose 8% of my weight. Everyone puts in $20, and if you meet your goal, you split the pot with everyone else.

I think I'm going to join in. Although, if I do, I'm almost at the threshold of 2lbs per week which is what I consider to be the most I should aim to lose if I'm doing it in a healthy way (and not crash dieting or doing something crazy).... please don't do the math. :-)

What do you ladies think? Is a steady 2lbs a week doable?

I think even if I don't make it, having money on the line will help further motivate me.

di that's amazing that you can eat ONE hershey kiss, it satisfies your craving, and you can put the bag away. yay you! i, on the other hand, have to remove all bad food from a 10 mile radius or i will eat it. so no single chocolate treats for me!

i did not fare well at the baby shower this weekend. i was bad. however, we bought wii and wii fit and played it for HOURS yesterday to the point that i am sore today. like my right arm is going to fall off any minute, haha!

DON'T FORGET TOMORROW IS WEIGH DAY, LADIES!!! (don't want anyone thrown off by the holiday some of us had yesterday)

I'm with you cougs, I can't keep chocolate anywhere near me. I applaud those who can enjoy responsibly!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
