I don't have this problem when I work from home.... I don't know what my deal is!
My husband is the same way. I made him set an alarm to go off at 10:00 and noon to remind him to eat. Then I keep him stocked with apples and Kashi granola bars.

Yay for losing weight guys. I'm OCD and step on the scale every day. I'm terrible.

Oh no, oh no, oh no.... the Cadbury Creme Eggs are out!!!!! Oh no!!!!

cougs- I can totally relate to eating my snack in the car on the way to work - it's a long drive!!

sapphire - same for me. I can forget to eat all day and then I get home and just can't eat enough. Must work on better habits!!

Glad to hear I am not the only one getting on the scale every day... just can't help it!! LOL!!

Okay ladies, I officially MUST LOSE WEIGHT during this BL. I just committed to a Boudoir session on May 8th, and I want to lose at least 23 pounds before I let someone take nakie pictures of me.

I think I'm going to need to do meal planning for the next week. I think my lack of preparation is my biggest problem. I don't bring good snacks in to eat and when I get home, we'll pick up fast food if we haven't planned out a dinner.

On a positive note, I think I did well today. I was going to eat something really unhealthy, but instead I heated up a bunch of veggies with some curry and ate that.

Do any of you ladies have some favorite easy recipes that are delicious? My favorite healthy recipe isn't the easiest, but it's SO yummy: Thai-Style Halibut with Coconut-Curry Broth Recipe : Ellie Krieger : Food Network

I have been a complete failure this week. I decided that the weekend must be different. Today at 12noon I have Bikram yoga and I will be planning my meals for the coming week. Also, I will be utilizing my bodybugg better. :) Oh, and drinking more water. I woke up with huge fingers...so swollen!

Stop saying ok I will start tomorrow DO IT NOW LADIES :) We always put off things. Just keep thinking of how great you will feel once you reach your goal! I know it can be hard but WE CAN DO IT. Instead of grabbing french fries grab carrots. Instead of grabbing a burger eat a salad. I snack on apples now "honeycrisp" ones :) it will help.

Honeycrisp Apples are the best! More expensive but so good and satifying! I am on the road all day 4 days a week. I am in and out of schools and an office in a 100 miles radius. I put 800 miles on my car in the last two weeks. I have finally started packing my lunch and snacks in a cooler in the car and coming home regularly to my Wii and EA active 30 day challenge. I didn't join the biggest loser group this time for the challenge because as the lovely person that WON last time, was my buddy, and happens to have posted above me can tell you... my health and my schedule fight me too hard. So... I will just keep reading and posting and enjoying the motivation. Love this forum and the people in it.

Keep going ladies!!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
