Manders and LeAnne -- I can only imagine how tough that would be with the extra food restrictions. It's hard enough to eat healthy as it is!

But so far I am off to a great start. Today is day 6 of a low carb diet and I also did 45 min on the elliptical last night and 100 crunches! Now I need to increase my water intake and overcome the weekend challenges (i.e. eating out and alcohol).

Looks like a great group. I feel very motivated!

are lean cuisines expensive in canada? they can be pricey here but there are sales pretty regularly where they are only about $2 (which is waaay better than the $7-10 bucks i'd spend ordering lunch with my coworkers) so i rationalize the purchase that way. usually my lunches will be salad with a little of whatever meat we have leftover from dinner the night before.

mel, i am right there with you about never ever learning. i have been up and down more times than i can count.
haha yeah, I do practically slosh around when I walk! I keep a 1L (32 oz) water bottle at my desk and just keep refilling it all day. :) Oh, I hope the water is helping my skin because some days it doesn't seem like I have nice skin...

Lean cuisines are like $5 - $7 up here, it's pretty insane, imo.

Ok - I'm peeing here are K sloshing around all day long! lol

It's definitely hard to remember to drink water - we have a water cooler in our office, so whenever someone comes in to refill I try & drink some of my own. It's a good reminder for me! I keep a 20oz bottle at my desk, but sometimes I might only drink one of them! sad.gif

i agree with tash, manders! anorexia is worse than being an overeater. your body needs nourishment! ahhh but to eat the *right* things ...

so girls, i remembered to pack a snack today but then i ate it in the car on the way to work. i fail. haha

lol seriously Lisa, some of those lean cuisines are borderline unhealthy imo!

you ate your snack!?!? ruh roh! hehe :) No worries, is there anything at the office that you can grab? My office has a snack area they periodically fill with granola bars and such, it's one of those honor system things.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
