I wish there was a "like" button on BDW, I would totes hit it for you Cougs baby!

 

Its about percentage... we have girls this season with weights all over the map (as it is in life), and someone who has less to lose and loses the same as someone with more to lose will have a higher % of loss.

 

DEFINITELY measure your inches for your own sake! Thats what really counts at the end of the day. This is all about the motivation and accountability, since if you know every Wednesday you have to weigh-in, and don't want to see the number go up you will eat better. KWIM?

 

 

Great ideas Malisa! Healthy snacks are always welcome, especially relatively easy ones

Thanks again for keeping track of all this. Can you post on here how to calculate your % of weight lost. I tried one of those on-line calculators but I'm not sure if its accurate or not.

LOL linds! Ok Cougs should be the winner cause I weighed myself a different time. I really only truly lost 3lbs

How I calculate it is:

 

(IW - AW) / IW *100

 

Where IW = Initial weight

AW =Actual Weight

 

You can keep track of it all along on your own if you'd like, I will be doing it week to week and then the overall total at the end!

 

P.S. if the third decimal spot is below 5 I round down, or 5 or up I round up... just so you know!
