You guys started off strong with the weight loss, good job! I forgot to mention Healthy Recipes and Recipe Calculator From SparkRecipes.com, where you can input your own recipes and calculate the calories. I use it all the time!

I will have to look into these sites. I was using Myplate on livestrong.com. I liked the fact there was an iphone app, I had no reason why I couldn't track my calories.
