Sorry I have MIA ladies but I have had the whole world crashing in on me for the past couple of weeks. But I am back. I havent been able to workout for the past two days because I over did it on TaeBo - I know its old, but Billy gets the job done, no questions asked.

My FI threw me a surprise birthday party instead of taking me to Mitchells Fish Market, which I had a gazillion times more fun. So far I have lost 4 or so pounds and I think my only saving grace from my birthday pigout was the fact that I danced all night long.....from about 10 pm to 430 am, LOL.

Is anyone else frustrated by sitting at the cusp of a new 10 pound status? AKA, at 150, wanting to be 149 or something? I'm on the brink of break a new number but I can't seem to get there... how frustrating!

 

I wish I could not like soda, thats one of my biggest problems. Maybe I will give it up for Lent again this year, it really help last time! And actually, it was our trip to the DR that got me back on it (rum and coke) after Lent.

 

Water Challenge today! I'm pledging about 70 fl oz... that translates to about 2 litres, and apparently thats what your body uses in a day so that would make me break even. I'm going to be spending time in the little girls room today! hahaha
