So I just submitted my scale pic to Natasha. Not a big loss but its still a loss so I am super happy. My eating was really good this week but not my exercising. Insane week at work which directly affected my working out. So this week's goal for me is to add in consistent exercise. Hope everyone else had a good week and is happy with their results.

hola señoras!!!

I just discovered free wi-fi here in paradise so I thought I would at least check in on weigh-in day even if I can't submit my weight! All you girls are doing so great with the working out & healthy eating!! I must say I'm doing pretty well here on vacation - it helps when you take a late afternoon "nap" & sleep through dinner! rofl.gif

Keep up the great work ladies & I'll check in again in a few days!!

you ladies totally can do it! it's all in your mind! practice willpower every day and you will have an easier time managing your cravings. i used to eat some kind of dessert around 9 before bed every single day when i was in college but i put a kibosh on that when i gained weight.

if you put a warm brownie & ice cream bowl front of me, i won't be able to resist it! so i don't even keep any sweets around the house unless i realllly want to eat some brownies.

i forgot to weigh myself this morning, crap...i didnt want to weigh in after work because it's best to weigh yourself in the morning. ahhhh!

Good work ladies! I did alright this week as well. I figure any loss is great. I am also realizing that I am most vulnerable to eat badly when I don't get enough sleep. I was exhausted yesterday at work and it was almost more than I could manage to avoid the cookies that were available during an afternoon meeting. A good sleep definitely helps.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
