But I agree turquoise is a fantastic color and can to so many ways. For the peacock feel, you can focus on the turquoise and use the darker blue as an accent color. There's a thread in here about blue flowers!

Good luck.

Turquoise and Red nice choice - that is what my FI & I are leaning towards.. it's just such a stunning color combination :)

Congrats! On the engagement! i think picking the colors is the hardest part! Once you pick the color you kind of have to stay with it the entire time, and it can become difficult!

My colors are a bright blue and turquoise, with some pink and lime accents here and there. It was hard to not include so many colors when you do tropical because they all look so good together!!!

I was scrolling through this thread, and I was already thinking of turquoise and red. I've seen a few inspiration boards with this, and thought it was gorgeous because you can have red roses present or rose petals. I saw a site somewhere, where turquoise was the base and they had red coral accents on their paper goods. Very cute and works nicely with a beach wedding.

So many colors and only one wedding sad.gif I do love the turquoise and red. I saw turquoise lanterns tied with red ribbon, they were stunning!

I am debating doing a bunch of color accents with a lot of white (turquoise, pink, orange, green and yellow). But not sure where that leaves me with my bridesmaids... maybe I can find a patterned sun dress with lots of colors?

Perfect Palette site is great! MY FI has hard time invisioning things, this really helps.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
