I have seen pictures with different chairs, white wood ones instead of the director type chairs. Did they talk to you about any of those types of costs? Or bringing in any type of decortions, centerpeices, etc.?

I have a meeting w/Liliana next Thursday at 1pm and I am so excited!! I just hope it all works out! I'll ask who people typically rent the different types of chairs, what exactly is provided, etc. when we meet and post whatever I find out.

Did any of you ladies do a wire transfer, any problems with it? Any concerns? It's making me a little nervous.

 

Liliana has been great to work with. I hear back from her within 2 days, we have spreadsheet we are using, estimate tab, question tab, timeline tab and a "vision" tab with all my pictures. I love excel

Love Kool Beach - went there for the BPM Conference last year, it is a gorgeous location!! We kind of want the same thing leading our guests from the dinner reception into the party....we were thinking mexican dancers instead of a mariachi band though. Does anyone know of any?

Hi I unfortunately had several issues with the wire transfer It just did not work. After three times I had to transfer the money to our WC Yazmin and she is getting the money to Kool. I do have to say Liliana really tried her best to find out what the issue was but it just did not work.

I would love to hear if it works for you or not. If it does not maybe we can talk them into getting a pay pal account

Just saw your post about the chairs. I am so sorry I missed it before and never responded . I ordered the tiffany chairs they have the regular folding ones. I ordered them through my WC Yazmin. Do you have a wc? But Liliana I believe can also order them.

Thanks! I'm so excited about about the reception at Kool, maybe even more than the wedding

I haven't hired a planner, so far Liliana has been great. So I am hoping I don't need one? But maybe closer to the day I will hire one just to ensure all the details are met day of... I love planning events, I am really enjoying doing everything myself right now. But like I said, I will probably need help day of.

I will keep you posted on how the transfer goes. Planning to take care of it in the next couple of weeks. Not sure what we'll do if it doesn't work?

Jescman - As soon as the transfer goes through with Kool I will be booking Del Sol. Not only do they take great pictures, but have been a big help all around!

 

I'll keep Yazmin in mind. You like her so far? Has she done a lot of weddings at Kool?
