I was going for this originally but the guys didnt want teal. boo!
so then I said Orange and Fuchsia; was shot down for that too!
So we all decided on a nice aquamarine top for the guys with khakis and d.brwn leather sandals.
My BMs will wear a nice coral, or pink chiffon (I THINK) If I can find nice dresses for them.
after I find the dresses, I will begin to order all the decor. Need it to match of course. :)

we are having a peacock colored theme wedding .... black, blue, green, browns

BM's are wearing black dresses, carrying green hydragenas hand tied bouquet with blue satin ribbon and peacock feather in it.

the GM's are wearing black shirts, light beige pants, with a peacock boutinierre with blue satin ribbon

the hints of actual peacock feathers are subtle, not over done.

My colors are plum/aubergine, creamy blush, coral and turquoise. I had to change my colors a bit because my venue has black and white checkered floors and tiffany blue walls. So I will be subtly working in these colors in the centerpieces etc. It sounds kind of busy but it actually works.

My colors are plum/aubergine, peonies pink, ivory and silver with a few accents of bright green. The BMs dresses are plum, their flowers are ivory with bright green mums. The guys are wearing tan linen suits, still trying to find the perfect tie (they don't want pink ties and I refuse to let them get ivory it looks to boring, haven't found a plum tie or green that looks good and goes). My dress is ivory, my bouquet are variations of plum colors with peonies and mums. The silver and green are really more accent colors.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
