hey!
i checked this site a few weeks ago just to get an idea of what we can do.
take a look.
just an idea. find out what tour package company your hotel deals with and work from there.
here's the link. the site is pretty informative.
JTL - Jamaica Tours Limited
keep in mind the prices of activities are pretty pricey in JA. but worth every pretty penny!
good luck!

We were thinking the same. I've been looking on Trip Advisor and found some very reputable tour companies outside of our resort. Some of the men coming are interested in deep sea fishing and I found it for $50 cheaper and they pick you up. Were also getting a tour guide to take ourselves and two other couples on a private tour so we can choose what and for how long we want to see something.

Here are a couple of tour companies that are always recommended by the regulars on Tripadvisor and some other Jamaican message boards:

Welcome to Clive's Transport Service Jamaica - Taxi and Tours Jamaica - Taxi and Tours Jamaica - Lucea - Negril, Jamaica W. I.

.::Talk Of The Town Tours ::.

It seems that both of them will customize a tour for you (or accommodate groups) and the driver will come with you to the craft market, stores, etc., to ensure that you are comfortable and safe.

I just returned (last night) from Ocho Rios and used Lee's Taxi & Tours [http://www.leestours.com] to book our tours/excursions to H'Evan Scent for zip lining, an Ocho Rios Highlight Tour which included Dunn's River Falls, deep sea fishing, Appleton Rum Factory, rafting on Martha Brae, and shopping trips into Ocho Rios. The drivers/tour guides were incredible and Norm is the best! Lee's serves Ocho Rios, Negril, Montego Bay, etc. Whatever you want or need Norm will make it happen. Good luck and enjoy your time in Jamaica.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
