 I was starting to sweat reading this over here! Thank goodness! I was wondering why they would have renovations at their busiest time of year! That made no sense to me!

 

I am getting married in January and now I am not freaking out as much. Thanks for checking on that Alicia. :-)

Hope this is the case :) Momentary panic has subsided! lol

Oh and FYI ladies - if you did not get approval to bring an outside photgrapher onto the resort in 2013, you will not be able to. Be sure to bring this up to the wedding coordinator!!! I fortunately got Yinette to agree to let me bring my photgrapher on the resort for $50.

Ladies,

 

I asked my TA if she had heard anything about renovations at Ocean Blue. She got in touch with the Transat group coordinator who let her know that they have not be notified of any future renovations. Here is what else she wrote:

 

The hotel does have to disclose any major work that would affect guests. There is always work going on at hotels to some degree but if its big like the pools or public areas then do have to disclose this information to you if it affects your travel dates as per TICO regulations. http://www.tico.ca/industry-info/disclosure-invoicing-requirements.html

 

Let's hope things don't change and negatively affect any of our future weddings. :)

My TA is away this week - so I couldn't ask her...lol! Now I don't have to :)

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners.
