"Find the Couple" Itinerary

Hello all you DIY brides! I need some help. I thought I saw somewhere on the forum a bride talking about a 'Couples Itinerary' or a schedule for her guests so they would know where the couple was on their destination wedding for that whole weekend.

 

For instance, if they go to the beach at a certain time or which bar/restaurant to find them at over the weekend while everyone is at the resort. I figured it'd be helpful for the guests (and for the newly married couple) so everyone isn't trying to chase all over the resort to track us down.

 

I did a search and came up with nothing. Maybe I'm going crazy and/or I just dreamt this up. Anyone else ever heard of this?

hi, if you go to Newsletter How-To and click on the link to the pdf you can fill out the date, weather for the day, and where you plan to be all day if you want. there is also a door hanger that i am going to make and laminate that has where we will be and can constantly change with a dry erase maker. you can even put on it to not find you. that template is also on the martha website. here's the link to that. You can make multiples to be filled and and distrubuted to each room each day for the good morning news, or make one copy a day to leave at the main desk.

Good ideas. I have been throwing it up in the air whether or not to do something like this and have been leaning towards it because our resort is so large. Thanks for the sites!
